Advice
We begin by studying the characteristics of the store and how sales are organized: food, snacks, hygiene products, toys, beds, aquariums, cages, carriers, and accessories for different species. In a pet store, each product category has different requirements in terms of display, weight, access, and restocking.
We also analyze the customer journey, the areas with the highest visibility, the points of repeat purchases, and the spaces that require the greatest storage capacity. Using this information, we develop an initial proposal that makes the best use of the space and facilitates both the shopping experience and the team’s daily work.

Design
Based on our preliminary analysis, we develop a solution tailored to the type of store, its brand image, and the variety of products it needs to display. We arrange display lines, wall displays, shelves, counters, promotional areas, and storage spaces so that each product category has a clear and easily identifiable presence.
The goal is to create a well-organized, durable, and comfortable retail space where customers can quickly find what they need for their pets and discover other related products during their visit.

Development
Before manufacturing, we develop the project using 3D renderings that allow us to see what the store will look like once it is fully stocked. This phase helps us review the layout by product category, the placement of heavy items, the height of the shelving units, the promotional areas, and the customer service stations.
This allows us to fine-tune the project, anticipate potential improvements, and ensure that the furniture meets both the desired aesthetic and the establishment’s actual operational needs.

Manufacturing
We manufacture our furniture at our three production facilities in Spain, using materials and finishes designed to withstand the heavy use typical of a pet store. In this industry, it is especially important to have solutions that are durable, stable, and capable of supporting products of various sizes and weights.
We directly oversee quality, finishes, and production timelines, ensuring that the furniture is durable, functional, and consistent with the approved design at every stage of the project.

After installation, we continue to support the customer with specialized after-sales service. We address any adjustments, expansions, or needs that may arise once the store is up and running.
